Hello! As a young wife and a mother of two children – 2 and under.. I understand that life can be hectic, chaotic and everything else under the sun. Now this post has 3 self care tips that can be used by anyone, so do not click out of this if you aren’t a mother or a wife… we ALL need a self care.

TIP#1 FIND YOUR FAVORITE SCENT:

TIP#2 HAVE A MINI FACIAL CARE SESSION:
Sooooo, at the age of 23 I am just now realizing how important it is to take care of my skin. Just like almost everyone, I have spent countless of my hard earned $$$, time and patience (which can run thin at times!) trying to find the right combination of skin care products that work well for my sensitive skin. TIP#3 FIND A TEMPORARY DISTRACTION:
So my third and final tip is to engage in activities that can distract you from the chaos of the world, even if it is just for five minutes a day. A couple great and cost effective activities can be painting in the comfort of your own home. You can do this by yourself, or invite your significant other (this can turn very romantic if you add a glass of wine ;), or a friend or three. Whichever your heart desires. If you need help looking for a budget friendly paint set, this is a great option!. Be sure to display your masterpieces once you are complete. Another way is to look into puzzle and mystery books. If you are into crime and mystery shows run over to Amazon and check out Brain Games® Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Puzzles. There are also several other puzzles, magazines, and reading books all over the internet to choose from. Renting or watching a movie can also be a great way to clear your mind for an hour or two. If you have Netflix, or Hulu then you are already one step closer to your stay at home movie night. If you are on a budget, grab a couple of snacks from your local grocery store. If you are a pizza lover, instead of ordering for delivery, maybe make your own or buy a frozen one that you can toss in the oven and save yourself a couple of bucks!
